Slash has canceled four dates on his S.E.R.P.E.N.T. tour because of unexpected issues.

Slash’s all-star blues tour began earlier this month.

Slash’s touring blues festival has had to withdraw from four upcoming performances. The S.E.R.P.E.N.T. tour, which features the Guns N’ Roses guitarist alongside various guest musicians promoting his latest album, Orgy Of The Damned, started earlier this month.

“Due to unforeseen circumstances, we regret to inform you that the S.E.R.P.E.N.T. tour will be canceling the following shows,” the statement notes. “Refunds will be available at the original points of purchase.”

The canceled performances include tonight’s (July 22) show at PNC Pavilion at Riverbend in Cincinnati, OH, as well as the subsequent dates in Interlochen, MI, Huber Heights, OH, and Windsor, ON, Canada.

Slash later shared on Instagram that his stepdaughter, Lucy-Bleu Knight, had passed away and requested that his family’s privacy be honored during this time.

The tour is scheduled to continue on July 28 at the Toronto Budweiser Stage in Ontario, Canada, and will conclude at the Texas Trust CU Theatre in Grand Prairie, Texas, on August 17. The full list of dates is provided below.

Earlier this month, Slash released a video showcasing a live performance of The Temptations’ classic “Papa Was a Rolling Stone,” filmed at the Gibson Garage in Nashville. The footage features his current solo band, including Tash Neal on vocals and guitar, Michael Jerome on drums, Johnny Griparic on bass, and Teddy “Zigzag” Andreadis on keyboards.
