Incubus has revealed plans for a 23rd-anniversary tour commemorating their landmark album “Morning View,” during which the influential California rock band will perform the entire 2001 record.

Scheduled to traverse various locations across the United States in August and September 2024, Coheed and Cambria, known for their progressive rock sound, will accompany Incubus as support on all tour dates.

This tour coincides with “Morning View XXIII,” which was initially announced last October. This project involves a newly re-recorded rendition of the Morning View album by Incubus and is slated for release on May 10.

Brandon Boyd, the lead singer of Incubus, shared in a press release, “Roughly 23 years ago, we embarked on an artistic experiment by renting a house by the sea. The unique and expansive setting, coupled with a surge of creativity, led us to attain that coveted FLOW state, resulting in the creation of the songs now synonymous with Morning View—a collection that has since become integral and deeply meaningful to us.”

Continuing, Boyd elaborated, “This album propelled our fledgling artistic experiment called ‘Incubus’ into a way of life, and here we stand today, 23 years later, on the cusp of introducing a new/next chapter in its journey.”

Regarding “Morning View XXIII,” Boyd explained, “It is a reimagining and re-recording of the 2001 album, born from our desire to honor its evolving legacy while also revisiting it as musicians who have passionately performed these songs night after night over the past 23 years. We look forward to seeing you on the road soon!”

Tickets for the Morning View anniversary tour will be accessible starting with a Citi pre-sale on Tuesday. Additional pre-sales are scheduled throughout the week leading up to the general on-sale, which commences this Friday (Feb. 9) at 10 AM local time via livenation.com.
