Guitar icon Eric Clapton is set to perform a limited number of U.S. shows this September.

Eric Clapton has announced a U.S. tour for this fall.

Kicking off on September 8 at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena, the legendary guitarist will make stops in Cleveland, Philadelphia, Boston, and New York before concluding the run in Uncasville on September 20.

For these shows, Clapton will be joined by a talented ensemble, including guitarist Doyle Bramhall II, bassist/vocalist Nathan East, drummer Edward ‘Sonny’ Emory III, Hammond player Tim Carmon, keyboardist Chris Stainton, and backing vocalists Sharon White and Katie Kissoon.

Clapton’s U.S. tour will come after his spring UK run, which features three performances at London’s iconic Royal Albert Hall on May 21, May 23, and May 24. He will also take the stage at Nottingham’s Motorpoint Arena on May 18.

In October, Eric Clapton released Meanwhile, his 22nd solo studio album, which included guest appearances from Jeff Beck, Van Morrison, and others.
